This MOD is essentially to make your forum look more tidy. It means that upon registration, all users will have the first letter of their username, capitalized. This makes the memberlist look really neat.. as in tidy!
For example, say a user signs up under the username
bob, the first letter will be capitalized, and posts will appear as coming from
Bob.
phpBB will still treat usernames as case-insensitive upon login.
