Overview: As it currently stands, the forum information is not vertically centred if there were no forum moderators. This MOD corrects that!
Screenshot: See the first image, and note how the information is completely, vertically centred, as opposed to the second image, where the forum has no moderators, and is aligned more to the top of the table:
