Since its creation in 2000, phpBB has become the forum solution of choice for millions of people. Due to a large feature list and its easy to use interface, it's no wonder phpBB 2.0.x continues to be the most popular way to create and support a community.
I have been using phpBB 2.0.x as a user since mid 2003, and as an administrator since January 2004. I joined the phpBB.com community in February 2004, and I have been a member of the official phpBB.com Support Team since February 2006.
