Overview: This MOD adds an option under the User Management section of the ACP, for administrators to reset the login details of certain users. It resets both the user_login_tries and user_last_login_try fields back to 0. This can be extremely useful for when a fellow member accidentally locks themselves out, and cannot wait the specified waiting period.

Another feature of this MOD, is the ability for users to unlock their own accounts if they have been locked out maliciously or accidentally. The MOD adds a Secret Question / Answer area to the profile (upon both registration and editing of the profile). These are optional, but if they are not filled out, it does not allow the user the opportunity to unlock their account. Also, the forgotten password feature is re-vamped, now the secret questions and answers can be used to restore accounts.
